The International Languages Centre is a subsidiary of Layette Enterprises Limited, a registered company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria.
The ideas of the founding Directors, emanates from the experiences of the years of accumulated teaching, learning and research of almost 4 decades of the establishment and of Layette Enterprises Limited, Registered with Corporate Affairs Commission, in Abuja on 11 January, 1990 as a corporate entity with Registration No.143;808, with the intention of Training Nigerians in various learning endeavors in International Languages and emancipation of the girl child.
Diplomats, Bankers, university graduates who want to turn professionals and secure paid employment within and outside the shores of Nigeria. Trade within the West Africa business environment. Go overseas for further studied, professors wishing to go for research in foreign countries and need to perfect their language skills, graduates seeking employment in blue chip corporate entities. This are the reasons for the thought of the founders of this organization.
Over the years of experience, we have trained divers professionals, in different sector of the economy, including professors and students numbering more the 200, we have trained them in skills of Language acquisition which have giving them upper hand in securing employment both in Nigeria and abroad.
Our aim is to train more students from neighboring countries like Benin, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Mali, Cote d’Ivoire, and other countries of the sub region both online and residence. The Idea of the cross-border learning is to train the Anglophone, French and the Francophone English to enable them perform effectively wherever they found themselves in the globe.
This has been made possible because of the exposures of founders of the company in various languages and interaction with countries of the world, where they have been exposed to rudimentary exposure in the languages and professional training skills they impact on the students.

Our language of Instruction includes the following: English French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa. We possess material both Video and Audio, learning material like books of various titles songs that can aid students in the eagerness to learn and acquire this knowledge. Our teachers are resilient and seasoned with variant exposures in didactic method of teaching both local and international training that cut across career span. Our courses are tailored to suit your time and work schedule.
We have on-line training for students and workers, who will like to study at a time away from busy office hours and also at weekends.
The Centre train children between ages 4-16 whose parents are eager to set them right from this early age, we have special instructional materials, books, videos, audios and songs for easy learning and assimilation. The Centre also have courses on Telecommunication and wireless system administration and computer training. We train children who have difficulties in meeting up in class, and have concentration problem, to a standard academic balance.
The Centre offer intensive classes for the following examinations like GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT, SAT, PTE, MCAT and SAT for Nigerians who wish to study abroad.
